Cloud Computing & Hardware
About the Program
This program was formerly called AWS Cloud Computing
Disruptive technology! Big data! Digital transformation! Learn what these buzzwords mean and how they apply to the world of cloud computing in this new skills center program.
Cloud computing skills are in high demand, especially as the need to be digitally fluent increases and the world fluctuates between working in-person or from home. Cloud services create a virtual environment where you can save, access, and manage data, which usually ensures data security and safety, and saves time, money, and resources. Most businesses today have moved to a virtual form of data because it is very easy to manage and process.
Cloud Computing and Hardware lays the foundation with cloud concepts, AWS core services, security, architecture, pricing, and support skills. You will then be prepared to advance to intermediate-level course work in several areas of focus, including developing, architecting, operations, machine learning, and data analytics. Students will also get the chance to deploy and manage cloud-based apps through practical labs and exercises that are included in the course
This academy will cover a wide range of subjects in addition to cloud computing, such as hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system installation and setup, and fundamental networking principles.
The Cloud Computing program will prepare students for industry certification exams, like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, A+, and CCNA, making you highly employable in a growing field. Because you will participate in this program 2.5 hours per day, you will advance through the curriculum at a rapid pace and level of understanding, preparing you for the speed at which the tech industry operates.
