The Class Act Restaurant
The Class Act Restaurant is the student led restaurant that operates through the Institute for Culinary Arts and Sciences program at PSSC.
Dining in the restaurant is by reservation only. If you wish to make a reservation, please read and follow the instructions below.
Reservations
We plan to open the first week in February. We will begin taking reservations on January 21st (Link Below). Once your reservation form has been submitted, you will be sent a reservation confirmation from one of the program instructors if we can accommodate your request based on daily reservation capacity. Reservations are required to be made one full week in advance.
Class Act Restaurant Important Updates
The Class Act Restaurant will only be offering a lunch service. Confirmed Reservations will need to arrive promptly at 11:50AM to be seated. The Restaurant closes at 1:00PM.
Due to the cyber attack that occurred earlier in the year and ongoing technical issues, card payments is the only payment form currently being accepted. A prefix menu is in place meaning dining in the restaurant is a set price. Please see additional details on the reservation form.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Class Act Restaurant will be closed on any day that the Highline Public Schools is closed, or on a 2-hour delay. Please check the district website or local news broadcast. Any reservations on those days will be cancelled because we will not have our students on campus.
